Socialite Nicole Richie looks hot in her very short shorts and clutching her regular coffee and looking like she is in deep concentration. She is attending Driving School once again in Van Nuys, California. We just wonder if it is legal to wear flip-flops while driving in California? We aren't sure, but we think it is against the law here in New York. Does anyone have the answer to our question?
