Rolling Stones icon Mick Jagger's ex wife Bianca has lost her battle to stay in a luxury New York City apartment after officials turned down her second appeal against being evicted. Bianca has been living in the rented Park Avenue pad for over 20 years, but was forced to move out in December because her landlord refused to renew her lease when it expired in 2005. Jagger was claiming the apartment was her primary residence, but lost her first appeal against the decision last year as the company which owns the building argued that as a British citizen with a tourist visa, Jagger could not have a primary residence in the United States. And now she has lost a second appeal against eviction, with a Manhattan court upholding the previous ruling yesterday.
