Has the celebrity website TMZ banned good comments on Rita Cosby ? Many readers have made comments on our website that when they write a good comment on TMZ about Rita Cosby's book, they are being deleted and their ISP number blocked. I know from last week one of my good comments never got posted. I just posted 2 comments on the site, one on a Cosby story and one on another and they got posted. Weather there was a glitch or that complaints from regular TMZ readers has brought back access, I don't know. Would love to hear some comments if anyone is still blocked. Another issue I find fault with is the Art Harris website "The Bald Truth". In what Art bills as a 'Worldwide Exclusive' should be billed as 'The Bald Lie'. He claims Rita Cosby called up Howard K. Sterns house on Friday to get a comment to boost sales of her book. This is not only false, but a down right lie. First of all we knew Howard would be at Dannielynns and not in the Bahamas. Everyone in the world knew this. Second, if Rita needed to reach Howard, she could just call him on his cell phone, not his home in the Bahamas. No call was ever made to Howard K. Stern. In fact this information was according to Art, allegedly supplied by Sterns Attorney, Lin Wood. Can you show us phone records that Cosby called Art ? Furthermore Art reports the Lin Wood told him Friday night, " The book should be shelved in libraries under the topic of fraud". Fraud you say ? Howard K. Stern has lied to the public from the start. He went on Larry King and lied about being the father of Dannielynn. Wonder why Larry was not a guest the other night with Birkhead ? It's because Stern already took Larry King and America with his lies. Larry King should give Rita Cosby equal time to dispute Larry Birkhead's interview last week. It is only right. Larry King is supposed to represent honest news and he owes it to Cosby to let her tell her side. In all fairness to Art Harris, he did let Pro-Cosby bloggers post their messages. That I commend even know the story was completely false. Larry Birkhead has shown his true colors. He had a great lawyer, Deborah Opri who fought for him and shaped him into a media star. She made America love him, then he stiffs her on his legal bill. No other lawyer could have done this for a hick Paparazzi like Larry Birkhead. Are we forgetting Birkhead was a Paparazzi ? Rita Cosby will never be sued over her hit book 'Blonde Ambition', because it would open up Howard K. Stern and Larry Birkhead in a court of law for Rita to expose their lies. Lin Wood, Howard K. I will not be part of a site that that condones this kind of behavior. TMZ's TV show will not last long. Most of us know that TMZ lies. We have all seen it for ourselves. We have seen how one sided they are and the lowest thing for them to do is to put Virgie down like this. It brought tears to my eyes when I saw what ET was doing to her once again. I bet many of thier sponsors will not like this at all. This was terrible for them to do at this time. How heartless and cruel ET & TMZ are. They are in for the all mighty buck.
Plastic flowers last a hell of alot longer than live ones. They will be dead in a few days, and Virgies will still look nice.

Virgie brought a bouquet of beautiful LIVE flowers to the cemetery. ET accidentally showed the flowers as Virgie arrived. The plastic yellow flowers were STAGED to make Virgie look bad. The alleged flowers from Stern and Birkhead were delivered by someone, not placed in person by either.
ET STAGED THE WHOLE THING TO MAKE VIRGIE LOOK BAD - SHAME ON THEM!!

Sounds like someone has a comprehension deficit. Guess Lynda does not the definition of the word ATTEMPTED.
I have been around a lot longer than TMZ or Harvey Levin for that matter. They don't worry me in any way. I know everyone in the media and am personal friends with them all. The main stream media have already picked up this story.. The truth will come out very soon on this whole saga and a whole lot of media, so called bigwigs will have egg on their face, and they deserve it for cutting backroom deals and then feeding the stories to the American Public as un-biased news.

I am so very angry at the way in which the media reports stories. They are willing to distort anything for access and money.
Grandma Lilly, I know that you are mad. No one wants to return to TMZ we just demand that our rights be restored. That the truth be heard and that so-called "media big -shots" understand that the public is tired of being fed bullshit and told that they are eating cotton candy.
We need TMZ to know that our "allegations" are true and not sweep what they attempted to do under the rug.
That's the only reason we want everyone to demand an explination as to why they did what they did.

Jane is a "manson girl" wanna-be like squeeky from. She was banned from the "we love ankles s&m sites because they think she's a whack job. (I know hard to believe but true none-the-less)
Every once-in-awhile she has a complete mental breakdown on-line and then returns under a new name.
I don't remember Mrs. Stern's Moniker, but she outed herself.
Ankle-swims has been rabid about Rita's book claiming that posters on TMZ fed her information and that that is where she got her ideas from LOL
I don't think he is capable of understanding that people only pretended to like him or thought he was smart - he believes his own lies. Amazing how so many people - from so many different walks of lives and geographical areas can arrive at the same conclusion - that "ankles" is a very dangerous and evil person.
Rita's book answered many question that I had.
Just one example.
That the nurse wheeled the Bed that Howard slept in out of the hospital room there-by preserving the evidence (the two pills). Everything else was removed by "ankles" including the pants.
I was very intrigued to read that because it had been a lingering question in my mind.

No author before has failed to put all their sources in a book. No author before has ever failed to lay out all the facts after a book is published and questions are asked about its legitimacy.
Remember Kitty Kelly's salacious unauthorized biographies? She at least named all her sources, good or bad, and backed up her conclusions in the face of many hostile interviews.

137. Today has changed my mind about Larry and Howard. I did not want to think of them as bad people. I did not want to believe the things being said about them recently. Both Larry and Howard's statements today have made me take a second look at these two. Instead of coming out with a statement about Daniel and how much he will be missed, and how much he was loved, they took this opportunity to attack a grieving mother and grandmother. I don't care what Virge has been accused of, Howard and Larry have been accused of many wrongs also. Was this the time to come out and attack this woman? Shame on both of you! I have lost all respect

there isn't a person on this board who hasn't lost a loved one. And a whole pack of us have taken plastic flowers to their graves. You don't hold a monopoly on grief, you don't own Anna Nicole's body (although you've gotten just about everything else), and you don't own the cemetery to suggest who can and can't go pay their respects. You plucked a nerve.
To hold someone up to ridicule who is grieving is just plain wrong, I don't care who you are. Instead of doing the gracious thing and putting your flowers down and going home, once again you've caused a free for all with your sarcasm and hostility.

Although we never supported Howard, we all supported Larry in getting his daughter, rightfully, from Howard. To see the complete turn around in him was shocking! We fell for his bull shit...hook line and sinker! How he could let HKS, the man who kept his child from him and fought him, be around Dannielynn but yet can't extend that same olive branch to her grandmother is beyond disturbing!
God help Dannielynn!
Some of us started off in the beginning supporting Virgie and some of us didn't....but after everything we have learned we all support her now!

As far as any legal action, I think the only possible case against them would be if you could prove that it was from their site that you got malware or virii which messed with your computer.
As far as banning people, well, it's their site and their right. It's like going to someone's house. They can ask you to leave, get restraining orders, change locks, whatever.
Web sites have their own agendas and people who are not in lock step with those agendas get their comments deleted and eventually they get booted. Happens all the time - political sites, entertainment sites, all kinds of sites. It has nothing to do with free speech, not on a private blog or website. They are the host and we are the guests, sometimes welcome, but for the most part, not unconditionally so. Oh well. It's their loss really. And they're the ones who look bad for it, especially when James Edstrom from Times Square Gossip exposes their crooked, lying agenda and underhanded tactics.

But I do think Rita did a good job on her book, I agree that some sources may have some credibility problems but it looked to me that Howard and Larry made some sort of deal and victimized Anna's whole family in the process.
Either TMZ is afraid of HKS lawyers or they have made a backdoor deal too. (no pun intended)

[Crosby’s sources] ”all have pending litigation against me so they all have axes to grind…. Rita Cosby uses this week, the week that my daughter turns one and the anniversary of (Smith’s son) Daniel’s death, to try to sell a book or two.”

“The real issue here and the reason I did this book was that little baby,” she said. “The question is: What’s ahead for her future if these two men appear to be in collusion? … I hope that my book will expose some of the inconsistencies that have been out there and maybe have these cases given a second look.”
