Patricia Kennedy Lawford (left in pic) , the sister of President John F. Kennedy and wife of actor Peter Lawford, died at her New York home of complications of pneumonia on Sunday, according to a spokeswoman for Sen. Edward M. Kennedy. She was 82.I really liked Pat. It really saddens me that such a fun, and sometimes wild lady has passed away. She was always the life of the party, and boy could she party. She had class. She was always nice and pleasant. She always had a joke. She treated everyone like they were a friend. I met her many times at events around NYC and sometimes in her home in the Hampton's where she loved to throw open her doors for charity events. When she arrived at a event you knew there was going to be a party. You knew Pat would make sure you had fun. She will be missed dearly around New York which was her home. We have lost another part of history.
