Gourmet Lobster At Kozu The hottest reservation this summer will be at new Japanese Fusion restaurant Kozu, run by restaurateur and 75 Main & AM Southampton owner Zach Erdem. The restaurant offers Japanese cuisine and sushi with Peruvian influences.
