VOLKSWAGEN E-GOLF AT GORGEOUS GREEN GALA

Actress Goldie Hawn, actress Vanessa Hudgens, actress Connie Nielsen, actress Dawn Olivieri, actor Navid Negahban, actor Paul Hipp, fashion host and lifestyle expert Louise Roe, and E! News’ Catt Sadler were on hand to host the glamorous 10th annual “Gorgeous & Green Gala” on Friday, October 11 at The Bentley Reserve in San Francisco.

During the Gala, guests were treated to a spectacular live auction featuring the first, all-electric Volkswagen e-Golf, an original painting from acclaimed artist Zio Ziegler, and packages from One & Only Resorts, Post Ranch Inn, and Ashley Morgan Designs to name a few.

Celebrities, hosts, and guests were especially interested in getting a first look at the Volkswagen e-Golf, which was on display at the event. Broadway star Shoshana Bean was blown away by the technology of the e-Golf, while actor Paul Hipp was eager to take it for a test drive after the auction. Vanessa Hudgens and boyfriend Austin Butler stole a quick kiss before the live auction started. Shoshana Bean and Paul Hipp were among the performers providing entertainment for the crowd.

Volkswagen and Global Green USA have partnered to give bidders the opportunity to be the first customer of the Volkswagen e-Golf, the brand’s first fully electric, zero tailpipe emissions vehicle in the U.S. market. The all-new model is part of a structured powertrain strategy encompassed in Volkswagen’s holistic approach to sustainability called Think Blue®.
