Kelly Bensimon was in Houston to celebrate the new location of Cakewalk Style Shop and introduce Houston to her first signature fragrance, "In The Spirit Of".

The day started off with a VIP event at Cakewalk Style Shop hosted by Houston Modern Luxury where guests sipped on cocktails from Deep Eddy Vodka and ate food catered by Top Chef Master, Monica Pope, who also stopped by the shop to mingle with guests.

The beautiful model, author, and former Real Housewife of New York arrived wearing Mother Denim Jeans and a Joie T-Shirt, both which can be found at Cakewalk Style Shop before switching into some Ocean Minded flip flops at the end of the day!

Bensimon explained that she named her fragrance after her first column and now book titled, "In The Spirit of The Hamptons" stating, "It was actually a mistake the way that it happened. I kind of had somewhat of an idea of what a great fragrance should smell like but I was just fooling around. I really like honeysuckle, carnation, vanilla. I also love musk, I think it is really sexy. And it created this amazing fragrance that everyone was asking about! I like to describe it as a sophisticated beach feel."

Kelly mingled with guests while they shopped for her fragrance, books, and other fashionable finds from Cakewalk Style Shop.
