To celebrate the New York Resident Magazine November 2013 cover featuring CNBC’s Melissa Lee, magazine editor-in-chief Christopher Pape and luxury director Lisa Bernstein hosted a private cocktail reception at the hot new B & Co. restaurant and lounge on Monday, November 11, 2013. Under a new direction, the New York Resident Magazine has been recreated with a new look, featuring celebrity covers from Jonathan Cheban to Mario Cantone and covering content ranging from travel, luxury fashion, real estate, hospitality, and pop-culture around New York City and beyond.

Those celebrating with cover girl Melissa Lee included CNBC’s Todd Bonin, Karen Finerman, Courtney Gartman, Patricia Martell, Maxwell Meyers, Shannan Siemens, and Brian Steele, philanthropist Jean Shafiroff, VH1 The Gossip Table’s Delaina Dixon, musicians Cole Rumbough and Conseulo Vanderbilt Costin, Vanity Fair’s George Wayne, celebrity event planner Troy Curtis, Früzen Ice founder and CEO Hana Bisceglie, celebrity journalist and reality TV personality Flo Anthony, Real Housewife of New York Aviva Drescher’s right-hand man Matt Dillon, and many more.

As guests entered the new Upper East Side hotspot, they entered the first-floor Mediterranean restaurant where they were greeted with Yuu Baal wine, complemented by frozen fruit in the form of beautifully crafted ice as provided by Früzen Ice.

New to the city’s thriving social scene, B & Co. is a three-floor restaurant, lounge and private club located in the heart of New York City. Uniting hospitality impresario Max Burgio’s sophisticated European-style social concept with manager Anthony Guinehut’s restaurant industry experience, B & Co. transforms from ultrachic restaurant by day to A-list lounge by night, creating a high-end haven reserved for those who feel at ease in the company of New York City’s beautiful elite.
