Stars of the highly anticipated children’s movie Percy Jackson: Sea of Monsters celebrated the film’s Hamptons premiere with an after party at chic Southampton restaurant 75 Main on Sunday.



Following the screening at the United Artists Southampton Movie Theater, lead cast members Logan Lerman, Alexandra Daddario, and Stanley Tucci, director Thor Freudenthal, as well as producers Karen Rosenfelt, Chris Columbus, and Michael Barnathan gathered at 75 Main to celebrate their production. They were joined by influential industry members and prominent Hamptonites including Richard Gere, his wife Carey Lowell and their son; Matthew Broderick and his son James Wilke Broderick; Star Jones; Richard and Cricket Burns; Michael and Laurie Gelman; Kristine Johnson; Nanette Lepore; Barbara and Meredith Ostrom; Alexander Vreeland and Lisa Immordino Vreeland; and 75 Main owner and restaurateur Zach Erdem.




Guests were served an array of 75 Main’s signature hors d’oeuvres prepared by James Beard Award-Winning chef Mark Militello. Dishes included crispy dates stuffed with blue cheese, lump crab cake remoulade, Asian tacos with wasabi cream and caviar, as well as deviled quail eggs. Guests enjoyed a night of fine food, conversation and dancing, and some guests continued to revel in 75 Main’s nightlife scene early into the hours of the morning.



A retelling of Rick Riordan’s best-selling novel, Percy Jackson: Sea of Monsters is a fantasy-adventure film based upon Greek mythology that tells of Percy’s story to fulfill his destiny and save their world. Percy and his friends must retrieve the Golden Fleece and save Camp Half-Blood. Throughout their odyssey across the treacherous waters of the Sea of Monsters, Percy and his friends encounter terrifying and mysterious creatures. The film will open in theaters on Wednesday, August 7, 2013.
