The Balloon Boy Family

If all these reports are true about the Balloon Boy being a hoax, the parents should be charged by the police and they should be sent to jail. Furthermore, all expenses for the so-called rescue, should be billed to the parents who allegedly fabricated this event in the name of Reality Television. In fact, media outlets also should sue to recoup money they spent on following this case. Imagine if there was a helicopter crash and someone died. Imagine if some rescue worker crashed his car and died all in the name of TV. The parents of this family are a disgrace. Lives could have been lost trying to rescue a boy who was hiding in a garage attic. Family services should be called in and take the children away. Parents who use their children this way, are not capable of raising kids. The whole country was watching and praying that the child was OK. These parents horrified every single person that followed the story, hoping that this little boy was all right. After being in this business for so many years, I smelled a rat and did not print one word on this story, as I did not think the pieces fit. Too bad the rest of the media could not smell that something was wrong. There must have been millions spent by the police and the media. Hit these people where it hurts, their wallet. Now that will make some great Reality Footage !
