Hollywood star Kelly Rutherford has given birth to her second child following months of fighting in the courts with the baby's father, Daniel Giersch. The "Gossip Girl" actress welcomed a baby girl last night in a Los Angeles hospital, according to RadarOnline.com. The couple filed for divorce last year and have since been embroiled in a custody battled over their 2-year-old son Hermes.
