Most decorated Olympian of All Time, Michael Phelps, celebrated in Baltimore at Under Armour global headquarters the other day. Phelps and model girlfriend Megan Rossee visited the Under Armour headquarters in Baltimore for a homecoming celebration in his honor and also took cement imprints of his size 13 Under Armour Spine shoes at the Brand's headquarters in Baltimore to commemorate his

stellar swimming career.
