Michael Urie Patti Lupone Michael Urie (UGLY BETTY) introduces Patti LuPone in a surprise appearance at SPLASH to support her new cd " Patti LuPone at Les Mouches ". The CD was recorded in 1980 Live at the Chelsea Nightclub Les Mouches when Patti starred in EVITA. The room exploded with applause as she thanked her fans for their support. She hadn't planned to sing, but after a glass of Prosecco at nearby restaurant Elmo she suddenly decided to return to Splash for a second surprise ... without even an introduction, she got onstage, waited for the room to quiet, and did a smashing rendition of "100 Years from Today" without even a microphone.
