Dane Cook With Birthday Cake Dane Cook Saturday night Dane Cook, who turns 39 next Friday, celebrated at TAO Las Vegas. The actor and stand-up comedian enjoyed a dinner of signature dishes in the restaurant before heading up to the club. Cook shared his excitement about heading to SXSX and then on New York to star in Neil Labute's production of Fat Pig. He mentioned he was very happy to be single since he had spotted so many beautiful women heading into the club. Upstairs in the club he took over a VIP table on the dance floor, climbing up on the banquette to take in the scene, where he was surprised with a cake by Gimme Some Sugar. Actor Dane Cook has been evicted from his Los Angeles California apartment after he lost his appeal against a lawsuit from his landlord.The star was hit with the legal action alleging he allowed his pet dog to defecate on the land surrounding his West Hollywood home.The lawsuit, filed last April, claimed the funnyman had ignored three warnings from the building’s owner about his chihuahua’s dog pooh. Cook returned to court last week to appeal the case, after he was slapped with an eviction notice by the Los Angeles California sheriff’s department.In his defence, Cook claimed eviction would cause him "emotional hardship". But the unnamed landlord has won the dispute, citing a swarm of complaints from neighbors that the dog, named Beast, is leaving his mess in the common areas of the apartment block. Funnyman Dane Cook has angered his neighbors by allegedly allowing his favorite dog to defecate near his Los Angeles California home.The comedian is facing eviction from the home he shares with his girlfriend after his landlord filed a complaint with the Los Angeles housing courts. A source tells New York Post gossip column Page Six, "Neither he nor his girlfriend pick up after the dog. They've sent him three notices so far over the last year warning him he'll be evicted, and they have video. The neighbors all hate him."But Cook denies he has failed to clear up after his pet, Beast. His spokesperson Ina Treciokas says, "Dane vigorously denies the allegations in the complaint and is looking forward to complete vindication through the legal proceedings."
