Christie Brinkley Supermodel Christie Brinkley and her ex-hubby Peter Cook fought in court again on Wednesday, with both insisting the other has violated the terms of their divorce settlement. Christie broke up with the businessman in 2008, alleging he was addicted to computer porn. She later filed for a divorce she found out he had conducted an affair with his teenage assistant in 2004. The fighting celebrity pair endured a bitter court battle over the details of their divorce, which was finally settled in October last year. Now, a year after they officially ended their union, the couple is battling each other through the legal system once again. Both parties demand that the other should be jailed for going against specific terms of the settlement.
