MENTALIST SUPERSTAR "THE EXPERIMENTALIST" GERALD SENEHI

Image
Gerard Senehi   Mentalist superstar, motivational speaker, corporate entertainer and entrepreneur Gerard Senehi is an amazing person to be around any way you slice it. Recognized internationally as “The Experimentalist,” he is also difficult to define and defies all categories, evoking mystery and inspiring audiences to be open about questioning their ideas and beliefs.  At the same time, he creates a captivating environment where audience members can reimagine their ideas of what’s achievable, all the while challenging them to explore possibilities beyond the imagined boundaries. Senehi first became fascinated by the supernatural at the age of 10 when his friends were drawing cards from a deck and he was able to correctly predict four in a row.   Born in Paris and raised in Switzerland, he became even more enamored with the mysteries of the unknown not long after when his mother had a dream one night about a friend of hers accidentally catching herself on fire that actually occurred.

JAMES EDSTROM GETS COVID-19 VACCINE AT MOUNT SINAI NEW YORK CITY

Image
James Edstrom With Nurse Tracy I got my Covid 19 shot on Sunday at Mount Sinai hospital on 101st street in Manhattan. Tracy the nurse was wonderful as was the whole staff.  I urge anyone that can get the vaccine to do it now. The more people that are vaccinated the faster we will get back to normal life. So far no side effects, which is great. I get the second shot on March 15th which I am looking forward too. There is something about getting the vaccine that gives you a sense of power. You feel that maybe you are beating this horrible virus. We will all have to continue to wear masks for a while and practice social distancing, but this adds a extra layer of protection till we can beat this. Many people I speak too are very scared to get the shot. Many say they will not get the vaccine. I urge everyone to get the shot in the arm, it could save you and it could save someone in your family. This is the only way we will get to herd immunity if we can at least get close to 80% of the cou

TONY AWARD WINNER AND LEGEND CICELY TYSON DIES AT 96

Image
Cicely Tyson and Lenny Kravitz   Cicely Tyson has died at age 96. The famed actress who was known for playing strong Black leads and refusing to play roles that were demeaning to Black women, was nominated for an Oscar for her role as the sharecropper’s wife in Sounder and a Tony Award in 2013 at age 88.  This is very sad for the New York City Broadway world. For many years I photographed her in and around the Great White Way, the last time being with Lenny Kravitz backstage at the Miller Theater. Cicely's dressing room was beautiful, flowers everywhere from all around the world and you felt like you were in her living room.  Another legend to be missed.  Photo By James Edstrom
