Armstrong, of whom Andy Warhol said, "After I am gone you will be the last wizard," believes he has a power to create that is, somehow, tied to the stars, the cosmos and, for the record, that is why he says he is a "cosmic artist." The uniqueness of this project comes from the simple fact that this is the first Harley ever to be painted by any artist. It will sell for $1.1 million. MOVIE LEGEND TONY CURTIS DEAD AT 85

Image
**** HOLLYWOOD LOSES LEGEND TONY CURTIS **** Tony Curtis Hollywood legend Tony Curtis is dead at 85. The star suffered a cardiac arrest he had last night. Curtis starred in "The Sweet Smell of Success," "The Defiant Ones," "Spartacus," and "Some Like it Hot" with movie icon Marilyn Monroe. His wife at his side. Editors Note: Having met Tony a few times over the years, this guy was a gem. He was always polite and always laughing. The last time I saw him was years ago at the now closed Tunnel Nightclub in New York City. The guy was full of jokes and did everything to make sure I got the pictures I needed. We don't have stars like Tony Curtis anymore. The guy was not only talented, he had class. He knew it was a two way street with the stars and the media. He went out of his way to talk to everyone and to pose for the photographers. What I really liked about Tony, was his sense of humor. He would joke and laugh and just really enjoyed hanging

KATHY POSNER AND JERRY SPRINGER'S PIG

Image
**** THE CHICAGO GOSSIP **** Jerry Springer's Pig Bella Someone is either a dog person or a cat person; rarely are they both. Whichever pet one prefers, people are fiercely loyal and don’t seem to understand their counterpart’s love of the other breed. Today two media giants are in competition on who has the most beautiful pet. If I set it up correctly, you can vote in the survey here ..... If I did not, then just send me an e-mail or comment on the blog. This latest battle came about because of WCIU-TV which runs a daily animal “beauty pageant,” (wciu.com) that they say will answer the age-old question of which pet has household supremacy. The contest is called “Cats vs. Dogs,” but on September 27th a battle was held between a cat and a pig. Bella, the pig, is owned by talk show host Jerry Springer whose show airs on WCIU-TV. The cat is owned by former Sun-Times columnist Robert Feder, who has a blog on the WBEZ site . All day on Tuesday, like in actual Chicago politics, there wer
