The X-Files star, who is married to Tea Leoni, has a sex addiction, according to his lawyer, Stanton Stein. In a statement the attorney has handed to website People.com, Duchovny says, "I have voluntarily entered a facility for the treatment of sex addiction. Singing legend Madonna stunned the security staff at an airport in Germany yesterday, by turning up wearing nothing but a bathrobe. The pop superstar arrived at Schoenefeld airport after performing at the Olympic Stadium in Berlin as part of her Sticky & Sweet world tour. But staff at the venue were shocked to see the star wander through security checks wearing nothing more than a fluffy white robe and black trainers. Former Hollywood star Lindsay Lohan is in mourning the death of her grandfather. Richard Lohan, 73, died in New York yesterday following a long fight with colon cancer. Lindsay's dad Michael confirmed the death of his dad, releasing an official statement to America’s OK! magazine. It reads; "My father just, literally, died in my arms. I notified all my kids." And Michael Lohan used the opportunity to take a swipe at his ex-wife Dina accusing her of failing to support him while his father was ill. Hillary Clinton At Convention Barack Obama wins Democratic Party's presidential nomination after Hillary Clinton's motion on the convention floor today. New York Sen. Hillary Clinton asked to cut the roll call short saying, "With eyes firmly fixed on the future, and in the spirit of unity with the goal of victory, with faith in our party and our country, let's declare together with one voice right here, right now that Barack Obama is our candidate and he will be our president," she said. Delegates then affirmed Obama as their choice with cheers. While most delegates cast their votes for Obama, some were voting for Clinton. It was announced that Barack Obama accepts the nomination, but he will formally accept tomorrow night.

Crawford is pictured in the ad on WooMe.com with a tagline that reads: "Find guys and girls near you." But the Gossip Girl actor is insisting the bosses at the site, which links members via webcam, never officially hired him as the face of their dating brand. Pop singing star Madonna is being sued. The suit is alleging she has failed to repay over $400,000 in loans to make a 2006 film. According to the lawsuit filed in Louisiana, Madonna, her manager Guy Oseary and their Maverick Motion Pictures company used financing from Jay Dykes Jr., of Dykes and Dykes LLC, to make Material Girls, starring pop stars Hilary and Haylie Duff. Members of an Islamic political party who tried to ban pop singing star Avril Lavigne's coming concert in Malaysia are vowing to protest at her show this Friday, after the singer got the go-ahead to have her concert. Lavigne was given the green light after her gig had been cancelled following protests from Malaysia’s opposition party, the Pan-Malaysian Islamic Party (PAS), calling the pop star "too sexy" to perform in the mostly Muslim country. The show was reportedly rejected by the Malaysian government, but was later approved after officials deemed Lavigne was "not a bad influence, especially on the young people of the country." But PAS leader Nasrudin Hassan insists the group will continue to oppose the pop icon's performance.He says, "A concert of this nature is not conducive to teach the younger generation to become good citizens, upright and competitive, but instead would weaken them morally and mentally.
