Duchovny didn't "pose" in Tomkins Square Park, either. This is a paparazzi shot. He's working. He was filming "Californication.
That's where he was filming Friday. Get your facts right on this, too.
Do people frequently ask you to pose while you're working? Unless you're a model, I'd guess not.
