Sean Stewart has been charged with assault for allegedly throwing a brick at a married couple.The 26-year-old - the son of rock legend Rod Stewart - was taken to a Hollywood police station on Tuesday where he was charged with two counts of assault with a deadly weapon, one count of throwing a substance at a vehicle and one count of vandalism.The 'Sons of Hollywood' reality TV star was held for over an hour before being released after posting $60,000 bail. Arraignment has been set for July3. US reality TV star JASON WAHLER has been charged with assault, criminal trespass and underage drinking - one day after it was announced he has entered a rehab facility to treat an undisclosed addiction.The charges relate to an incident in Seattle, Washington last month when the 20-year-old allegedly hurled racial and homophobic abuse at police while being arrested for punching a hotel security guard.Prosecutors want Wahler to spend 10 days in jail, pay a $4,500 (GBP 2,250) fine and to receive chemical dependency treatment, reports People.com. However, if Wahler is found guilty he could land more jail time if found in violation of probation - because of an assault in Los Angeles in September last year (06).The Laguna Beach regular had been due to start a 60 day jail sentence for that assault case last week, but a Los Angeles judge delayed the sentence to allow Wahler to go to rehab.Wahler also stands accused of beating up a truck driver in LA in March 07.

Rocker Kid Rock Kid Rock is under investigation in his native Michigan after a 28-year-old woman claimed he assaulted her in his home last week. The alleged victim has filed a police report with the Oakland County Sheriff's Department. The woman claims she and a male friend were invited back to Kid Rock's home in Macomb County after meeting him in a Clarkston bar on March 8. She alleges the threesome listened to music and drank alcohol but the fun ended when Kid Rock, real name Bob Ritchie, assaulted his guest as she attempted to leave the low-key party because he wanted her to spend the night, according to a police source. Rock's accuser claims the chart star grabbed her by the back of the neck twice when she was outside his home and pushed her towards her car.
