Sean has been told he could face five years in jail, because he was already on probation from a previous charge of assault, for which he served three months behind bars. The new charges stem from an altercation outside a private party in the Hollywood Hills on April 22.Tolabus and Ericka Stein claim Sean assaulted them with a brick before throwing objects at their cars and defacing their vehicle with graffiti. In addition to the criminal charges, the couple are suing Sean for assault and battery for undisclosed damages.
