US reality TV star JASON WAHLER has been charged with assault, criminal trespass and underage drinking - one day after it was announced he has entered a rehab facility to treat an undisclosed addiction.The charges relate to an incident in Seattle, Washington last month when the 20-year-old allegedly hurled racial and homophobic abuse at police while being arrested for punching a hotel security guard.Prosecutors want Wahler to spend 10 days in jail, pay a $4,500 (GBP 2,250) fine and to receive chemical dependency treatment, reports People.com. However, if Wahler is found guilty he could land more jail time if found in violation of probation - because of an assault in Los Angeles in September last year (06).The Laguna Beach regular had been due to start a 60 day jail sentence for that assault case last week, but a Los Angeles judge delayed the sentence to allow Wahler to go to rehab.Wahler also stands accused of beating up a truck driver in LA in March 07.
