Aside from its exciting new Summer menu, the restaurant will be serving up weekly entertainment such as the 2nd Annual Union Cantina Tequila Mixer on Saturday July 27th, the Cornhole Tournament on Saturday Aug 17th, and the Big Labor Day Bash on Monday Sep 2nd.

This summer, weekly Union Cantina specials include: Happy Hour at the bar on weekdays from 3:00-6:00pm with $6 Beers, $8 Wines and $10 Cocktails. Don’t miss Margarita Mondays with two for one margaritas all day. And on Taco Taco Tuesdays, patrons receive twice the tacos for half the price! Choose from Union Cantina’s weekly taco menu and enjoy double the tacos. Lawn Party Wednesdays means Cornhole, Ping Pong and Jenga competitions with weekly food & drink specials & assorted giveaways. Swing by for Thursday Late Night Happy Hour starting at 9:30 pm, featuring the same fabulous drink specials as the daily 3:00-6:00pm happy hour. Also, at 7:00pm every Thursday Union Cantina presents Live Jazz featuring The Jam Session. Friday is Live Music Happy Hour. On Saturdays, enjoy Brunch with 2 for 1 Brunch Cocktails and then after dinner, Live Music staring at 9:30 pm. Sunday Brunch also features 2 for 1 Brunch Cocktails , followed by Wine Down Sunday Nights - half price bottles of wine & pitchers of Sangria.

Deconstructed Enchilada

Now in it’s fourth year, this delicious year-round destination, ideally located in the heart of Southampton’s Bowden Square, was designed by Ian Duke and David Hilty. They are the also the owners of another one of the East End’s most popular and dynamic nightlife destinations, Southampton Social Club, where Food Network personality and award-winning Executive Chef Scott Kampf, heads up the kitchens at both establishments. New this year is Union Cantina’s Burger Bar, located within the restaurant, offering an assortment of specialty gourmet burgers, fresh hand-cut fries, maniacal milkshakes and desserts, and an elaborate craft beer and small batch bourbon selection.

This summer, and all year long, patrons—who have notably included the famous likes of Jon Bon Jovi, Michael J. Fox, Uma Thurman and Brooke Shields—can expect the finest fresh ingredients and hand-crafted favorites that have come to characterize its authentic Mexican food and cocktail menu. Among the diverse and elaborate epicurean offerings is the Mexican Pizza topped with black beans, heirloom tomatoes, black olives layered over a Mexican cheese blend, sour cream and pico de gallo. From the Taco menu, the Blackened Mahi-Mahi with mango pico de gallo, pickled jalapeños, avocado crema is a customer favorite. The Avocado & Hearts of Palm Salad with farm fresh avocado, hearts of palm, local sweet corn, grape tomatoes and oregano lime vinaigrette is offered on the Salad menu. The Deconstructed Enchilada is a Union Cantina specialty worth every bite. There is a variation suited for all appetites, including Skirt Steak, Spicy Shrimp, Adobo Chicken and Seasonal Vegetables. For dessert, diners can indulge in Churros with Nutella dipping cream or the toasted coconut Tres Leches Cake.

Also, a key ingredient in Union Cantina’s unique offerings are their signature specialty cocktail selections. From sangrias and punches to a variety of frozen drinks, they include: The Classic Margarita (served frozen or on the rocks) with Espolon tequila and a selection of fruit flavors such as strawberry, mango, prickly pear, passion fruit and pineapple; the house favorite The Warren, a cocktail which blends 1942 Don Julio Tequila and Grand Marnier Centenario with fresh lime juice; and the Flor De Patada Martini with jalapeño infused Don Julio Tequila, St.Germaine elderflower liqueur, simple syrup and fresh lime.
