ASHLEY GREENE WILL SUE OVER NUDE PHOTOS

Sexy "Twilight" actress Ashley Greene is threatening to sue anyone posting nude photographs of her on online websites. The star was celebrating a huge win after Sunday's Teen Choice Awards when the revealing shots first appeared early on Monday morning, and she is furious. In a hope to stop the candid shots, which features one full-frontal snap, from spreading, Greene's attorney is warning news Web sites not to post the pictures. A statement from her legal representative reads, "The photos in question, which appear to be of our client, are illegal and are being unlawfully displayed. Our client intends to take legal action." The attorney tells PerezHilton.com, "Ms. Greene is the owner of the copyrights in these photos, and, as copyright owner, Ms. Greene owns the exclusive rights, among others, to reproduce, distribute, and to display the photos."
