GOOD TIMES FOR BERNNADETTE STANIS ?

Actress BernNadette Stanis who is best known for her iconic role as the twenty something hottie on the hit 1970s TV show Good Times wants to do the hit ABC Show Dancing with the Stars. She tells Chris Yandek of CYInterview.com, "Dancing with the Stars is one of the shows that I would love to be on. I've actually tried to be on that show, and I can't seem to connect with the people to get me on that show. If there is any way anyone can help me get on that show…that show I want to get on." Ms. Stanis is also giving fans the opportunity to speak to her for a small fee because you enjoys staying in touch with them, "A lot of times people would call me up and they wanted me to speak to their family members or friends and their friend was so happy to speak to me. They would say oh my gosh! I don't think I've ever had the opportunity to talk to a celebrity, to speak to a star and I am so happy. That kind of stuck with me because I would hear that all the time. I said you know what? I wonder if it is possible that I could do something to give my fans an opportunity to actually speak with me and I came up with that. If they just wanted to say hi, $13 would be fine. If they just wanted to talk for about a half hour, $30 would be fine." Wow, she must be real broke. I mean I certainly would not waste my $13 for a simple "hi" from any celebrity, well maybe for Denzel.

I value people opinions, when their opinions makes since. It was in the 70's when she was (and still is) the beautiful black young woman in "GOOD TIMES". I am comfortable with my finances and I have dreams and goals that I accomplish. When I have accomplished them it does not mean I AM BROKE OR UNHAPPY. Let her show her talent, let's not hate! If anyone had anything negative to say, they should have done their research. She is not the only actress that had an acting career in the past and doing very interesting things today. It might not be the money that she is looking for, it just might be her passion.
That's what wrong with us today, we are to busy being hateful and not helping each other lift our heads up and make sure we keep it up. She is very beautiful and happy. Just make sure she keeps it that way by letting her know how talented she was and still is.

Wow, I feel really fortunate to have had the opportunity to sit next to and talk with Ms. Stanis on a flight from Atlanta to L.A.. We talked for the majority of the flight and I found her very engaging, not to mention still extremely beautiful.
