My old casual friend from Patsy's in NYC William Bratton knows the Paparazzi scoop. Britney Spears along with Paris Hilton and Lindsay Lohan attract and encourage the paparazzi by behaving very badly, according to the Los Angeles California police chief,who used to be our police chief in New York City. In an astonishing outburst a few hours ago, Bratton claimed photographers have calmed down since "Britney started wearing clothes (and) Lindsay Lohan has gone gay", referring to the actress’ rumored romance with DJ Samantha Ronson. He said in an interview with a TV station, "If the ones that attract the paparazzi behave in the first place, like we expect of anybody, that solves about 90 per cent of the problem.
