California Police are asking that prosecutors charge rocker Richie Sambora with child endangerment and DUI misdemeanor charges. No official formal charges have been announced.“Because the case is under review, I can’t discuss the details. Ultimately, we have to base our decision on the available evidence,” said an Orange County DA spokeswoman. The aging Sambora was pulled over last month in Laguna Beach California after police officers spotted him driving erratically. The 48-year-old Bon Jovi star was driving his girlfriend Jenn Mallini, his 10-year-old daughter Ava, and her cousin. He was arrested after he failed a sobriety test. Officers called Ava’s mother, Heather Locklear, and she gave Mallini permission to drive her daughter home.
