QUINCY JONES ON JACKSON'S THRILLER

Music icon Quincy Jones refuses to take credit for producing singer Michael Jackson's hit album Thriller, insisting "God" made it.The music king claims he and the star never planned the LP - which this year celebrates its 25th anniversary, and claims God has a hand in every piece of the music made.He tells Interview magazine, "People kill me when they say, ‘How do you sit down and plan to do an album like Thriller?’ Give me a break. You have to let go and let God deal with things."As I get older, I realize, about music or whatever, how little we have to do with anything. You write the script and then God comes and rewrites it."
