Why I bother to even report a crime to them is beyond me. Crime has been a problem in Hunter's Point South Park. We have had a rape reported at Gantry Park located next door, there was a attempted child kidnapping a few weeks ago that the nanny did not report because she was scared. Endless amounts of graffiti are being painted all over the park and the great park employees attempt to clean up every day. Broken bottles are everywhere along with blunt wraps to smoke weed. I could care less if anyone drinks and smokes weed, but I do care when they vandalize the park. First of all the park is supposed to be closed at 10pm which is not enforced.     The 9/11 Truck   The New York City Police Department allowed the alleged 9/11 fraud truck to scam everyone in Times Square. Thomas J. Scalgione, 40, of Manahawkin and Mark Anthony Niemczyk, 66, of Tinton Falls were accused this week of promoting a bogus 9/11 victims' charity by driving around in a pickup truck painted with the names of first responders who perished. For months now, on a regular basis this truck has been parked in Times Square, collecting money and selling stuff. And the New York City Police Department allowed this, even after two complaints from me.  This truck would park in pedestrian walkways, the police would even take down the plastic barriers to let this truck park, right in the middle of Times Square. One girl ended up at the hospital and a member of Bieber's team was arrested after more than 1,000 young teens ended up in a frenzy awaiting the arrival of the the 15-year-old Canadian singer. Rehab singer Amy Winehouse is now facing police questioning after she was implicated in the bribery plot for which her husband Blake Fielder Civil was jailed.The problem star has been ordered to present herself to detectives this week to be questioned over accusations she may have been involved in the scheme for which Fielder-Civil is awaiting trial on charges of perverting the course of justice in relation to a charge of grievous bodily harm .Fielder-Civil was arrested and imprisoned last month. He was originally due to stand trial on November 12 th for allegedly assaulting barman James King in June last year. But the trial was halted over allegations Fielder-Civil attempted to fix the outcome by offering King $400,000 and a free holiday to withdraw his statement. Five other men, including Michael Brown, 25, from Holloway, London, have all been charged with conspiracy to pervert the course of justice. Troubled star LINDSAY LOHAN has been arrested on suspicion of drink driving.The Mean Girls actress lost control of her Mercedes convertible at around 5:30 am yesterday, hitting a curb and trees, and was taken to Century City Hospital where she was treated for minor injuries. After receiving a 911 call about the incident, Beverly Hills Police placed Lohan under arrest on suspicion of DUI after finding a small amount of a substance, thought to be cocaine, at the scene of the crash.Lieutenant Mitch McCann of the Beverly Hills Police said it appeared as if Lohan was speeding when she lost control of the vehicle. He also added the drugs found were "not on (Lohan’s) person", but declined to reveal where they had been discovered. Two people travelling in the car with the actress were not injured, and Lohan is not currently being held in custody.

Diana Ross was questioned by police after allegedly shoving a three-year-old girl who asked for her autograph.Richard Drew, 24, claims his daughter Rainel hit her head on a door as Ross pushed her way past them. Drew, from Winlaton, Britain, told officers his daughter "burst into tears".The 62-year-old singer was returning to her hotel after a concert at Newcastle arena. She is currently touring the UK to promote her latest album 'I Love You'. Northumbria Police last night said no action would be taken because the incident was "a complete accident". This is not the diva's first brush with the law. In 2002, Ross was convicted of drink driving after being caught double the legal limit. Former "Cheers" star Woody Harrelson was involved in a brawl at a Los Angeles bar on Friday night after he accidentally cut his hand. The 45-year-old was at The Other Room in Venice, Calif., and was unknowingly drinking from a broken glass. Harrelson accidentally cut his hand and became furious with bar staff who served him the beer in the broken glass. According to TMZ.com , the actor began arguing with the staff and the police were called. A Los Angeles Police Department watch commander says, "It was not a major blowout. Paris Hilton Will Drive You Crazy Police seized Paris Hilton's $190,000 Bentley after the heiress was caught driving on a suspended license, and prosecutors vowed on Wednesday to ask a judge to revoke her probation for reckless driving. Hilton's spokesman, Elliot Mintz, said his client was not aware her driving privileges had been curtailed. A court determination that Hilton violated the terms of her probation could result in the 26-year-old reality TV star being fined or even jailed for up to 90 days, a spokesman for the Los Angeles City Attorney's Office said. Diddy has been accused of punching a man at a post-Oscars party.The rap mogul - real name Sean Combs - is being investigated by Los Angeles police for a reported battery.The alleged incident occurred at Hollywood's Roosevelt Hotel, opposite the Kodak Theatre where the Academy Awards were held on Sunday night. Heather, the estranged wife of Sir Paul McCartney, is thought to have discussed harassment and death threats at Brighton's Hove police the other day. A spokeswoman for Sussex Police said: "It was a pre-planned meeting for her to discuss a number of issues. The meeting did not relate to anything specific and she was not arrested."Heather's representative Phil Hall confirmed she has been in constant talks with police over death threats received since separating from Paul, 64. Tyrese R&B singer Tyrese is under investigation by the Los Angeles police for an incident involving the singer reportedly assaulting his pregnant girlfriend by punching her twice in the stomach. The singer’s live-in girlfriend has made statements to the police that the two were involved in an argument that escalated to violence. The argument took place in the early morning hours of Thursday, Jan. 4th, at the couple’s Los Angeles home. Paramedics were called to the scene after Tyrese allegedly struck his girlfriend (who is five months pregnant) twice in the stomach and then left the scene in his vehicle, according to reports posted on TMZ.com.
