Exuding a European feel, Hotel ZE is Southampton’s new romantic, modern boutique hotel owned by Zach Erdem of the 75 Main Group. His inspiration for the design of the hotel was a Paris boutique suite, and not only is each room fitted with custom linen platform beds but the smart TV's in each room keep you entertained when you want to relax in your king suite or queen room. Here you can experience luxury accommodations in the heart of the Hamptons, filled with natural light, contemporary, custom furnishings and state-of-the-art technology. 

The hotel has a total of 9 rooms: 5 king suites and 4 queen rooms, which are all designed by world renowned architect Costas Kondylis. Nightly rates for king suites are $550 Sunday-Thursday and $899 Friday and Saturday. Nightly queen room rates are $499 Sunday-Thursday and $650 Friday and Saturday, with a 3 night minimum stay.

When you are not ensconced in your luxury suite or room, you can find your way downstairs to chic Peruvian fusion restaurant Kozu, which offers delectable dishes such as the Kozu Jalapeño Yellowtail with Smoked Tomato Ponzu and the Summer Corn and Lobster Salad with a Corn "Pudding", Shiso, and Yuzu Dressing. The restaurant also boasts the private room and lounge Summer House, which is open Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays, featuring famed DJs from all around the world. Summer House is also available for private bookings and special occasions, and has a beautiful outdoor patio with white linen covered day beds.

Erdem was humbled and overwhelmed by the widespread demand even before having opened the hotel. "Never did I imagine" he said when asked how he felt about receiving over 500 reservation requests each night for the first three weekends. 75 Main Group continues to flourish with support from both the local community and visitors.
