Owner and Executive Chef Philippe Chow puts his own contemporary spin on traditional Beijing-style cuisine at Philippe on Manhattan’s Upper East Side. Vai Restaurant



A cozy and intimate high-end dining experience. Vai Restaurant is located on Amsterdam Avenue in New York’s Upper West Side and for the past five years has given Mother’s a special surprise gift when dining their on Mother’s Day.
