"I love them so much I had to talk about them," Iggy told E! on the red carpet Sunday afternoon at the 2015 iHeartRadio Music Awards.
But apparently, her friends weren't that impressed with the outcome.
"Everybody did say, 'I don't think you need to say it because no one will ever know because they're so small,'" Iggy said with a laugh. "I said, 'I know but I'm just going to say it [because] I'm a blabber mouth!'"
Besides, now she doesn't need to worry about rumors and tabloid speculation. "I'd feel better not to have some secret," Iggy said. "It's much freer to say it and then you don't have to worry someone will dig it up."
Just last week, the Aussie beauty took part in Vogue's 73 questions interview challenge.
In the comfort of her Los Angeles home, the 24-year-old opened up about her figure and revealed quite the bombshell about her chest. Yes, she really got breast implants.
"I did change something: Four months ago, I got bigger boobs!" she shared with the publication. "I'd thought about it my entire life."
She added, "It's about proportion. I have to have everything tailored because I have such a small waist. I'm a 2 or a 0 on the top, and a 6 on the bottom."
