Bobby’s Bellini



From Bobby Van’s Steakhouse

Ingredients:

2 ounces blood orange puree

1 ounce Limoncello

5 ounces prosecco

1 twist of lemon




Directions:

Combine blood orange puree and Limoncello in a champagne flute. Tip the glass and slowly add prosecco. Squeeze lemon and garnish.



Van’s Mojito

Ingredients:

1 ounce simple syrup

1 ounce fresh lime juice

2 sprigs fresh mint

2 ounces Don Q Rum

3 ounces club soda

1 lime wedge



Directions:

Muddle simple syrup, lime juice and mint in a tall glass. Add rum, club soda and garnish with lime wedge.

The Perfect Pear

Ingredients:

1/2 fresh skinned kiwi

2 ounces Grey Goose La Poire Flavored Vodka

1 ounce white cranberry juice

1/2 ounce simple syrup

3 ice cubes

1/2 ounce Stoli Razberi

1 kiwi slice




Directions:

Muddle kiwi in shaker. Combine Grey Goose La Poire, white cranberry juice, simple syrup and ice cubes in shaker. Shake well and strain into a martini glass. Add a swirl of Stoli Razberi to martini glass. Garnish with kiwi slice.


Pomegranate White Cosmopolitan

Ingredients:

2 ounces Tito’s vodka

1 1/2 ounces white cranberry juice

1 ounce St. Germain Elderflower liqueur

1 squeeze fresh lime juice

1/2 ounce pomegranate juice

3 ice cubes

1 lime wedge



Directions: 


Combine vodka, white cranberry juice, Elderflower liqueur, fresh lime juice and ice cubes in shaker. Shake well. Strain, pour into a martini glass and top with pomegranate juice. The pomegranate juice will sit at the bottom of the glass creating a two-tiered effect. Garnish with lime wedge.

Ingredients:

2 ounces Bacardi Coconut Rum

1/2 ounce 99 Bananas schnapps

1 ounce fresh pineapple juice

1 float melon liqueur

1 float sloe gin

1 lemon slice



Directions:

In a cocktail shaker, combine rum, schnapps, and pineapple juice. Shake well and pour into martini glass. Top with melon liqueur and sloe gin. Garnish with lemon slice.

2 ounces Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Honey Whiskey

2 ounces Jeremiah Weed Sweet Tea Vodka

1 splash 7UP

2 ice cubes

1 ounce fresh lemonade

1 lemon slice



Directions:

In a cocktail shaker, combine whiskey, sweet tea vodka, 7UP and ice. Shake well and pour into a rocks glass. Top with lemonade and garnish with lemon slice.

Ingredients:

1 ounce Farmer’s Organic Gin

1/2 ounce St. Germain Elderflower liqueur

1 splash lime juice

1 splash blueberry syrup reduction

4 ounces champagne

3 fresh blueberries



Directions:

Pour gin, St. Germain Elderflower liqueur, lime juice and blueberry syrup into a chilled fluted glass and stir lighly. Tip glass and top with champagne. Garnish with fresh blueberries.

2 sprigs of mint

2 cucumber slices

2 lime slices

1 dash simple syrup

4 ounces Jameson Irish Whiskey

2 ice cubes

1 dash fresh orange juice



Directions:

In a shaker, muddle mint, cucumber and lime together with simple syrup. Add whiskey and ice to shaker. Shake well and strain into a martini glass. Top with orange juice and garnish with cucumber slice.

4 ounces Grey Goose Vodka

2 ounces orange juice

1 splash grenadine

3 ice cubes

1 orange slice



Directions:

In a cocktail shaker, combine vodka, orange juice, grenadine and ice. Shake well, strain and serve in a martini glass. Garnish with orange slice.

3 ounces lemonade

Directions:

In a Collins glass combine vodka, unsweetened iced tea and lemonade. Stir well. Serve over ice and garnish with lemon slice.
