Before introducing Mar, Over 40 Females™ Fairfield County Chapter Director Christine Oleynick shared her experiences with the networking organization and how it has helped her and many others “Connect, Encourage and Inspire."

Mar, an Emmy-nominated lifestyle expert, spoke of his personal journey what motivated him along the way, transforming from figure skater to successful banker to pursuing his passion as a television personality and author. In his current role, Mar has been featured in The New York Times and The Wall Street Journal. His home and gardens have been profiled in many national publications, including Better Homes & Gardens, Decorating Magazine, Home Magazine, Quick & Simple, Creative Magazine, Small Gardens, Westport Magazine and At Home.
