Toxic Britney Spears seems to have forgotten making her last music video 'Piece Of Me', after leaving the staff at Hollywood club Social baffled with questions about the venue where she filmed the promo.The mental pop star took over Social for a day to shoot the video last November and spent around 10 hours there, dancing and lip syncing. But, when Spears returned to Social for a night out last Saturday, it appeared she had no recollection of ever shooting the video there. A source tells website Hollyscoop, that Spears chatted with the bemused general manager of the restaurant, asking, "How long have you been open?" and what was upstairs, where she filmed the 'Piece Of Me' video.
