Well Mr. Controversy Lincoln Bain may have his own closets to guard. I just happened to be walking by Fox TV on my way around my neighborhood when I spotted him with one of his cohorts leaving a taping of the hit show "Geraldo At Large". As pissed as I am at him for the lies he has been saying about Rita Cosby, I politely asked him for a photo because I will make sales off the sleaze. I will make money. I went up to him and said "Hey your Lincoln Bain, can I please have a shot." He replied, sure and was very excited. His friend promptly kept walking as if he was scared to be in a pic with him. I started to raise my camera and Lincoln says nice leather jacket, where did you get it. I said thanks, I ordered it at JC Penny. LOL. Then he shocked me. He said I must take great pictures with those big blue eyes. At first I just ignored till he asked me where the West Village was. So I snap 2 shots as he's looking around to see if anyone is listening and give him directions. Then I start thinking why would he want to know where the West Village is its all gay there. I should know, I'm there all the time. He then tells me hes doing Geraldo again tomorrow night and he will be in town, do I want to hang out. Then I realized he was making a pass at me. I was just about to answer him when a producer from Fox came outside and started talking to him and at the same time some security guard from came over and told me I wasn't allowed to take pics in front of Fox. I yelled at the security guard don't make me call upstairs. Then Lincoln started saying nasty things to the guy from Fox about Rita Cosby and that's when I lost it. I started calling him a liar, that all his lies are coming out and hes so un-important that hes walking everywhere when Geraldo always sends Limos for his guests, but Geraldo didn't send any Limo for him to take him to the West Village. And the guy from Fox TV ran back inside the building. He didn't want to get involved. Lincoln became terrified of me. Whats a matter Lincoln, you can only fight with woman and not a bad ass Gay Man like me? As he sashayed fast down 48th street while I was yelling at him that I was going to call all my media friends and call for a boycott of the Bahamas, he was yelling have a nice night. He had nothing more to say, because he only picks on woman and his gig is up and America knows what a lier and a thief he is. He lied on national TV about Rita Cosby, and I am so surprised no media outlet has shown his website where he says the nannies told him and other media outlets about the famous tape. His fifteen minutes of fame are almost over. And not to be mean, he smelled. He smelled real bad. Like piss. I guess that's the way they smell from the Bahamas considering it's a year and no inquest has yet to happen in the Bahamas. Kinda like Aruba. Natalie Holloway is dead and still no answers. America needs to leave these countries for good and you smell so bad Lincoln, if you are in the closet, please stay there !NOTE: You recorded everything with Rita Cosby. Why aren't there the so called passes on tape?

Let's not forget about the upcoming Inquest okay? I feel bad about Rita and I support her, in spite of some doubts I have about the way she may have gone about doing things.

And that has baby Dannielynn's daddy, former paparazzo Larry Birkhead, and the executor of Smith's estate, Howard Stern, hollering foul.
Calling the fees "unnecessary, unauthorized, unreasonable and excessive," the two filed in a Broward County court to stop Miami lawyer Richard Milstein from collecting.
"It's outrageous," said Nancy Hass, Birkhead's Hallandale Beach-based counsel. "I'm a guardian ad litem, too, and I always reduce my fees when I deal with children. A lot of work produced (by Milstein) was unnecessary."
Added Stern's attorney, PBG's Krista Barth: "That's $900 an hour! People believe the baby is rich. Couldn't be further from the truth. Mr. Milstein even charged for another lawyer at his firm to go to Anna's funeral."
Back in February, when ANS died of an accidental legal-drug overdose at the Seminole Hard Rock, the Dannielynn Hope Irrevocable Trust was established to pay for ANS' funeral. The rest was supposed to support the 1-year-old girl as she waits for her mom's still-tied-up-in-court $500 million inheritance.
The trust's sources, according to records, were media that paid for "exclusive" interviews and a seat at the funeral.
As of today, according to court papers, $200,000 is left. Milstein wants $175,000 for his guardianship work and another $22,000 for being the fund's trustee. That role, Barth said, is a conflict of interest.
Goofy Broward Judge Larry Seidlin, who has since quit, asked Milstein to represent Dannielynn's interests in picking a burial place for her mom. But what should have been a two-hour hearing dragged on, most of it live on national TV.
The usually talkative Milstein didn't return calls but e-mailed: "The three weeks of work entailed the work of five people, not just myself, in order to handle the multiple details involved in handling the trial and funeral arrangements."

Was an inheritance feud with Elaine Marshall at the heart of the Anna Nicole Smith mystery? The news comes amid a California Attorney General's orifice probe into the activities of doctors and shrinks supplying the late Anna Nicole Smith with medication.

On Friday two of Smith's California-based doctors were served with search warrants in raids on six different locations including business premises and residences.

E Pierce marshall died on died June 20 2006 at the age of 67.
His widow has fought a fierce steadfast legal action to stop Anna Nicole getting any of her widow's legacy.
At his Kentucky home today Larry Birkhead, legal guardian to potential multi-mlillion-dollar legatee daughter Dannielynn, is said to be determined to find out if the heroin-substitute medication methadone that Anna Nicole reputedly took on the day of her death had been tampered with in any way.
So far California Attorney General's investigators are remaining tight-lipped.

They appear to have a lot of money to be paid on behalf of the death of a young man and his young mother only five months later, one in the Bahamas (foreign territory) and one on Native American land in Florida (tribal laws).
Someone needs to look into Stern's relationship with Linda Bell Blue (it was said last fall on E.T. that she was close friends with Stern) and, also, Mark Steines!
Poor Anna Nicole, she didn't stand a chance at survival and not, necessarily, created at her own hands those last several months of her life but by others.

1. The question of insurance for ANS, DWS. This is underscored with the dept. of insurance being part of those agencies involved in the raid upon Dr. Es home, business, etc..

NASSAU, Bahamas (AP) - Authorities said Wednesday they have overhauled their system for medical inquests and reassigned the coroner handling the death of Anna Nicole Smith's son amid complaints the former reality TV star had gotten special treatment.
Chief Magistrate Roger Gomez said that judicial officials decided to change the system so that more judges can preside over inquests in part because of complaints that head coroner Linda Virgill scheduled an Oct. 23 inquest just three days after the death of Daniel Smith.
Gomez, in an interview with The Associated Press, said the government began receiving complaints shortly after Virgill announced the date of the inquest to determine whether criminal charges should be filed in the Smith case.
"They've been complaining that, 'How is it that this case just came up and a date has been set and our case has been pending for years and we don't have a date yet,"' he told the AP.

Regarding the DNA and Dr. Baird, it was Debra Opri who chose his reknowned clinic as the most "reliable" place in which to handle ALL aspects of testing on behalf of her client, Larry Birkhead.
HKS' actually wanted another place to do the DNA and Judge Seidlin ruled on behalf of the Opri-Birkhead team because of Dr. Michael Baird's accuracy and reputation.

Don Clark is a respected former head of an FBI division who is telling the truth, and dealing with two liars, a lying woman attorney who was rude and aggressive with Rita Cosby, and the disgusting Lincoln Bain. What is on tape cannot be denied. How dare people insult our intelligence with such outrageous denials! Howard was nothing but a live-in with Anna, and that was not HER house, and if it had been he should have moved when she died, called her family telling them of her death, and he should not have taken over all her possessions, jewelry, accounts and properties. That illegal behavior would NOT have been tolerated in the USA. How disgusting was THAT?
The Bahamas allowed Howard Stern to bribe without even being charged, although Shane Gibson resigned. Bahamian officials allowed the death of a young boy to go ignored, while they fired an medical examiner for saying it was suspicious. Howard blocked all assistance to Anna, while he and Eroshevich kept her drugged, IMO to keep her mouth shut about accusing Howard of killing Daniel, which she had said numerous times when she was lucid. Then Anna was tortured and criminally neglected in Florida, and her fever was 105, not 104 as stated by the Stern person who distorted the facts, and still yet with the virulent blood infection from the dirty needle Anna did not die until the last day when she got the lethal drugs. When this was discovered 911 was not called for almost an hour. Can anybody say crminial intent and lack of investigation?
