MARK WAHLBERG PRETENDS TO BE TOUGH

Michael Pena and Mark Wahlberg in 'The Shooter'

Mark Wahlberg only pretends to act tough when training for his action films. The Oscar nominated actor, who is currently starring in 'Shooter' as a marine sniper and is also training to play boxer Mickey Ward in 'The Fighter', hates gruelling exercise because he is lazy. Mark told BANG Showbiz: "I didn't enjoy training at all. I pretend to, I act like I enjoy it but I'm pretty lazy."It's something I do not look forward to - getting up at five every morning to have some guy scream at you. It is not my idea of fun."The 35-year-old star also revealed he was bullied by the marines who trained him to be a sniper for his latest film. He said: "It was very tough. Once you're on their turf you're dealing with real marines and they like to push you around a little bit."They like to test you out and see if you are going to call your agent. But I toughed it out."
