NEW YORK CITY COUNCILMAN JIMMY VAN BRAMER MUST RESIGN -- ALLOWS CRIME TO GET OUT OF HAND IN HUNTERS POINT SOUTH PARK

Image
Jimmy Van Bramer Sparks Racial Tensions In Hunters Point South This is Jimmy Van Bramer's statement a couple of weeks ago. I did not have time to address, because the residents here are busy doing the jobs of the NYPD and Jimmy Van Bramer who has refused to address these issues for years now. Jimmy Van Bramer AKA Lamer Bramer seems to think that only rich people live here. What would he know anyway, he never took the time to address our community unless there were TV Cameras here. For many years we have been complaining to Lamer Bramer. He has refused to listen, he has refused to engage the NYPD 108th and make them do their job and our concerns about crime have been ignored. The fact is we hired security to do the job of the NYPD who is not even on a slowdown, they are on a complete work stoppage around here. Fires in the park regularly, fireworks going off every night, even after the 4th of July. Litter and broken glass everywhere, graffiti placed all over the ne...

AMAZING KRESKIN GIVES OJ SIMPSON A CHALLENGE

Image
The Amazing Kreskin Our friend The Amazing Kreskin sent us this e-mail the other day, offering OJ Simpson a challenge. We think this could be a great idea for a television show. It’s appropriate today that I reintroduce the offer and challenge that I made OJ Simpson in 1999, regarding the murders of his ex-wife, Nicole and Ron Goldman. In the past 24 hours, interest and reference to the most covered murder trial in US history has been re-awakened for obvious reasons. In 1999 I sent a letter, delivered to Simpson’s attorney, Johnny Cochran. In essence my challenge to Simpson was “Walk with me, talk with me, and I’ll reveal who murdered your ex-wife, Nicole”. This was not a frivolous scenario. It’s been forgotten that in 1995, OJ had the “generous” nerve to offer a reward for information leading to his ex-wife’s killer! Believe it or not, no one came through with any offer. As a result of this, I made a challenge to OJ to help him “prove your innoce...

He said, 'Here's the deal,' because it was in the news that he was going to do an interview. I said, 'O.J., don't do it, it's stupid.' He said, 'Hey, they offered me $600,000 not to dispute that I [wrote] the book.' He said, 'That's cash.' I said, 'They're going to think you wrote it.' He said, 'So? Everybody thinks I...

Punkin Irene Elizabeth Laughlin - known as Punkin Pie - told the Los Angeles Superior Court hearing how Clarkson complained about her life in Hollywood during a telephone conversation. Laughlin told the court Clarkson was normally a positive person but the last time she spoke with her friend, the actress told her, "I can’t take it anymore.I’m sick of this town. I want out." Her testimony supports the defence’s argument Clarkson was suicidal when she went to the music producer’s Alhambra, California home in 2003. Spector is accused of the fatal shooting of Clarkson at his mansion in February 2003. He has pleaded not guilty and claims Clarkson committed suicide. The trial continues.

Alleged Murderer O.J. Simpson O.J. Simpson "practiced crying" before a TV interview, a friend has claimed. O.J. still thinks of himself of an actor."Pardo also claims Simpson didn't write one word of the controversial book and was happy for it to be released as long as he was paid. Pardo said: "O.J. told me Regan Books publisher Judith Regan approached him and said, 'Do you mind if we write a book and put your name on it?' and he replied, 'I don't care. You can write anything you want, as long as you pay me.'"O.J. would laugh, 'Can you believe they'd pay me to say I wrote something I didn't a...

PHIL SPECTOR'S BLOOD NOT FOUND

Image
Phil Spector's blood was not found on the gun used to kill the actress he is accused of murdering, a court has heard. Forensic expert Steve Renteria testified only Lana Clarkson's DNA was discovered on the .38-caliber revolver found at her feet at the music producer's Los Angeles mansion on February 3, 2003. A large smear of blood on a staircase banister next to where Clarkson's body was found slumped in a chair also only showed her DNA. Renteria explained, "There could have been trace cells from another donor", but they could have been overwhelmed by the large amount of Clarkson's blood. Spector's lawyer Christopher Plourd also highlighted the defendant's DNA was not detected on the bullets found in the gun. Prosecution lawyer Alan Jackson pushed the theory other people could have come into contact with the weapon. He asked the witness: "Just because Lana Clarkson was the sole donor (of DNA) that doesn't mean that nobody else on Earth ca...

PHIL SPECTOR HAD SEXUAL IMPOTENCY

Image
Phil Spector arrives to court Phil Spector was accused in court of carrying out a sexually motivated murder yesterday. Los Angeles Sheriff's Detective Mark Lillienfeld testified that when he first arrived at the music producer's Los Angeles mansion on February 3,2003, to investigate Lana Clarkson's death he immediately thought her killing "had sexual overtones to it". Lead investigator Lillienfeld said a romantic candlelit evening had been planned and he discovered a partially empty Viagra packet - used to treat impotency - as well as two false eyelashes next to a glass of brandy and a bottle of tequila. He told the court: "The home was dark. There were candles lit on the fireplace. There was alcohol out in front of the fireplace on a coffee table."Miss Clarkson, the way she was dressed, the person that she was, the person that the defendant was - all those facts in my mind played into a sexually motivated murder. The Viagra was a piece of evidence that...

Image
Lana Clarkson and legend Phil Spector Legendary music producer Phil Spector confessed to his chauffeur he had"killed somebody", a court was told yesterday. On the first day of Spector's murder trial over the shooting of actress Lana Clarkson in February 2003 the court heard the defendant had told driver Adriano DeSouza "I think I killed somebody" shortly after DeSouza heard a gunshot from inside Spector's mansion. Prosecutor Alan Jackson said: "Phillip Spector emerged from the door. In his right hand a pistol. Between his fingers ran blood."Phillip Spector looked directly at Adriano DeSouza from about four or five feet away and confessed, 'I think I killed somebody.' "Jackson said the evidence would paint a picture of Spector as a man with a"very rich history of violence", who could turn "sinister and deadly" when confronted with the "right circumstances". Jackson told the nine-man, three-woman jury: ...

PHIL SPECTOR MURDER TRIAL TO BEGIN

Image
Murder and bad hair day for Phil Spector Jury selection is set to begin in Los Angeles in the murder trial of legendary music producer Phil Spector, accused of shooting a woman in his home. The Los Angeles Times said Saturday that the producer's well known propensity for mixing an alcohol-fueled rage with weapons could seriously hurt him and his "not guilty" plea. Larry Levine, the recording engineer who worked closely with Spector in the studio for years told the Times: "He always had that habit of showing off guns when he was drinking; it's what he did, it was his thing." After an evening of drinking at Hollywood's hot spots, in the predawn hours of Feb. 3, 2003, Spector ended up at the House of Blues on the Sunset Strip where 40-year-old Lana Clarkson was a hostess in the VIP area of the Foundation Room. He apparently talked her into going home with him "for just one drink." Spector's defense is that Clarkson shot herself in the mouth....

LARRY BIRKHEAD ATTORNEY DEBRA OPRI CALLS HOWARD K. STERN MURDERER

Image
Daniel Smith-Anna Nicole Smith-Murder Suspect Howard K. Stern Anna Nicole Smith was murdered by her lover Howard K. Stern, lawyers claimed. The accusation was made during a Florida court hearing to determine where the former Playboy Playmate will be buried. Stern, Anna Nicole's former lover Larry Birkhead and the late model's mother, Virgie Arthur, attended the hearing which descended into chaos when Stern's lawyer Krista Barth accused Birkhead's attorney Debra Opri (left) of claiming her client had killed Anna Nicole. Barth fumed: "Miss Opri just made a statement to my client that he actually killed Miss Smith. I have to protect him."Judge Larry Seidlin cut dead the accusation, saying the matter of her burial needed to be resolved as Anna Nicole's remains were decomposing faster than expected. After taking a phone call from Joshua Perper, the county's chief medical examiner, Seidlin said: "Time is of the essence. I'm running out of clock...
