MY FRIEND JOYCE RANDOLPH TRIXIE FROM HONEYMOONERS DIES AT 99

  Joyce Randolph And James Edstrom Woke up to sad news. My friend of 40 yrs Joyce Randolph (Trixie Honeymooners) passed away last night at 99.  Last time I spoke to Joyce was on our Birthday Oct 21st. For so many years we threw our birthday parties together with Julie Wilson & other celebrities. I can not tell you how many adventures we had together. She was Married to a great guy, Dick Charles. They had a great son Randy Charles.  Years ago I talked them into renewing their wedding vows out in Long Island. When I picked them up at their Central Park West home in a stretch limo, Dick started to make a Vodka and Soda. Joyce was like, "Dick, It's 7am in the morning. Dick turned to her and said, Dammit Joyce, I'm getting married in a hour. Joyce turned to me and said, James, You Get me in more jams than Ralph Kramden ever could. TIMES SQUARE GOSSIP HONEYMOON'S AT NEW YORK CITY'S 'PALM WEST' RESTAURANT

Chris Gilman with Joyce Randolph and actress wife Alexandra The legendary JOYCE RANDOLPH ('Trixie' on TV's HONEYMOONERS) was in at PALM WEST last night on West 50th Street for dinner with JAMES EDSTROM of TIMES SQUARE GOSSIP and PALM WEST-PR PASHA DAVID SALIDOR along with singer-composer Tomaczek Bednarek. Amid tales about the show from TV's Golden Age ("Jackie ruled with an iron fist ... but, he was nothing short of magic" and "Art Carney, just a genius!"), Randolph also talked about her recent activities and had several words of advice for up-and-coming actors. "Learn everything you can ...try everything you can and keep the learning curve going." Randolph also mentioned that Times Square Gossip editor James Edstrom over the years has talked her into more wild things than Jackie Gleason could ever do. HOLLYWOOD ICON CELESTE HOLM CELEBRATES HER 90TH BIRTHDAY !

Former Governor Mario Coumo and wife Matilda The stars showed up for Celeste Holm I just returned back from Celeste Holm's 90th birthday party at top restaurant Tony DiNapoli's on West 43 street, right down the block from Times Square Gossip offices. This party was star studded with the who's who of Hollywood history. Angela Lansbury, Bruce Vilanch, former NY Governor Mario Coumo and wife Matilda. Talk show icon Joe Franklin dropped by to wish his best. CBS legend Walter Cronkite was there along with my friend for many years Honeymooner Joyce Randolph who played Trixie. Joyce and I had lunch together and caught up on some hot gossip on many people we know. Celeste looked wonderful, like Cinderella.
