Joe Jackson Michael Jackson's dad Joe has filed a lawsuit against the administrators of his late son's estate, and is alleging Michael's will is a forgery. Joe recently launched a bid for a share of his sons fortune, after he was excluded from the list of beneficiaries. Jackson has now filed legal papers calling for estate executors John Branca and John McClain to be disqualified, alleging they hid a mistake in the singer's 2002 will from the courts. The estate was recently hit by accusations of a possible forgery in the document, which was signed and dated "July 7th, 2002 at 5:00 pm, Los Angeles," after photos emerged of Jackson in New York on the day he reportedly put pen to paper in California. Lawyers for Branca and McClain subsequently insisted the will witnesses have confirmed Jackson himself signed the paperwork. But Joe Jackson is not convinced at all. Joe Jackson Pop singer Michael Jackson's dad, Joe, is denying media reports that the superstar was secretly buried in Los Angeles California last week. The gossip flew over the weekend claiming the Jackson family held a private burial on Thursday and laid the singer to rest at the Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Los Angeles' Hollywood Hills cemetery. The news came at the same time reports came in that Jackson's brain, which was removed as part of the investigation into his death, was returned to the family by coroners. However, Joe Jackson is still saying the family has still yet to decide on a resting place for the "Thriller" icon, some seven weeks after his death in June, according to E! Online .
