Rap king 50 Cent has won his legal war to evict his ex-girlfriend and their son from a Long Island, New York home he owns. A judge has ruled that Shaniqua Tompkins and 10-year-old Marquise must leave the $1.5 million mansion, which is in the high class Long Island neighborhood of Dix Hills, by the end of the school year. The rapper said of the victory, "I'm a winner." Tompkins filed legal papers in Manhattan on Wednesday accusing 50 Cent -- real name Curtis Jackson -- of breach of contract and unjust enrichment.

Rap star Fifty Cent has won a dispute with his ex-girlfriend after a judge ruled in his favor in a dispute with her over child support for their son Marquis.The singer, real name Curtis Jackson, took Shaniqua Tomkins to court after refusing to agree to her requests for more money for the support of their 10-year-old.Tomkins previously asked for $50,000 a month but was granted just half of that sum, when the court viewed her and her son’s expenses. But that figure was reduced further earlier this week, and Tomkins will now only receive $6,700 a month from the millionaire hitmaker, reports the New York Post’s gossip column PageSix. Jackson’s lawyer Brett Kimmel says, "My client and I are very happy with the ruling."

Fifty Cent 50 cent was arrested in midtown yesterday after driving erratically in a half a million dollar Lamborghini. He also had no valid plates, insurance or even a license ! According to the NY Post, the police stopped the hip hop, former drug dealer, on 35th street and 8th ave for making an illegal lane change. When police asked the rapper for his license and registration, the dirty rapper replied " You know who the fuck I am," according to the NY Post. Cops then slapped cuffs on him and took him to the midtown precinct station house. He was issued four summonses. Meanwhile, witnesses claimed 50 cent was already parked on the side of the road talking on his cell phone and signing autographs.What the news stories didn't report, was that this area of 8th ave is a known drug dealing neighborhood littered with peep sex shows and male prostitutes.
