A phone call ended it all for Alec Baldwin KIM BASINGER is celebrating after reportedly winning the latest fight in her custody battle with ex-husband ALEC BALDWIN.The actress was in court in Los Angeles yesterday for a hearing into the couple’s custody spat over daughter Ireland, brought about by the leak of an angry answer machine message, during which a raging Baldwin called the 11-year-old a "rude, thoughtless little pig." Baldwin’s custody rights were suspended as a result of his taped comments, but they were expected to be re-instated in the court hearing, which was conducted behind closed doors.The actor was not in court. But Basinger’s attorney, Neal Hersh, revealed the judge overseeing the case ruled in her favor. Nona Paris Lola Jackson, who claims to be the biological mother of all the pop star's three children, was denied custody by a Los Angeles judge yesterday but has been given until August 1 to back up her claims. She attended the court hearing via speakerphone. Nona - who is described as a "black Jew born in Britain" in legal papers -launched her case last October and is asking for child support payments and shared physical custody allowing her and Michael to spend several hours a day with the children together. Nona even submitted a schedule demonstrating how easy it would be to make the arrangement work.
