Christian Bale Batman star Christian Bale will not face charges over claims he assaulted his mother and sister. The Hollywood star was arrested in London last month, over accusations he attacked his mother Jenny, 61, and sister Sharon, 40, at the city’s Dorchester Hotel before the British premiere of The Dark Knight.Bale was questioned by United Kingdom police over the incident and was subsequently released on bail. But British Crown Prosecution Service lawyers have advised police to caution the actor, meaning he will not face charges, according to Britain’s The Sun newspaper. Bale will have to admit guilt to get a caution when he answers bail next month. He currently denies the allegations. Stay Tuned !

Hollywood star Christian Bale is denying assaulting his mother and sister after he was released from police custody today. The Batman actor is alleged to have attacked his mother Jenny, 61, and sister Sharon, 40, at London’s Dorchester Hotel on Sunday night. In a statement issued shortly after Bale’s release, a spokesperson for the star says: "Christian Bale attended a London police station today on a voluntary basis, in order to assist with an allegation that had been made against him to the police by his mother and sister."Mr. Bale, who denies the allegation, co-operated throughout, gave his account in full of the events in question and has left the station without any charge being made against him by the police. Movie studio bosses have not yet confirmed whether a scene featuring Ledger’s The Joker character in a body bag will be cut from the new Batman film The Dark Knight.The scene was shot just weeks before the Hollywood actor was found dead at his New York City home in January. In one scene, Bale gagged after he was asked to eat a bowl of live maggots given to Dengler by his captors. Director Werner Herzog insisted Bale really chew on the disgusting fly larvae because he didn't want the scene to be faked. Herzog said: "There are too many computer effects in movies these days. I wanted audiences to start believing their own eyes again."Dengler was a German-American Navy pilot who flew in the Vietnam War. When his plane was shot down, he became a POW in the brutal jungle of the Southeast Asian country.The pilot, who refused to sign a document denouncing the US, successfully executed a daring plan to break out of the camp.
