Mel C is imposing an alcohol ban on the Spice Girls for their upcoming world tour.The singer is determined to make sure she and her four bandmates - Emma Bunton, Mel B, Geri Halliwell and Victoria Beckham - are in top condition when they hit the road again in December and is going to introduce a number of healthy rules.Mel, also known as Sporty Spice, told Sunday magazine: "Going on tour is like getting married. You have to look your best and prepare by exercising three to five times a week."If we're touring and doing show after show, we have to really look after ourselves. After months of partying with celeb pals like Paris Hilton and Britney Spears, the actress admitted herself into the 400,000 a month LA rehab clinic Wonderland to fight her alcohol problem. 'I was really sick,' she confesses. 'I went to hospital and had people sit me down who said, "You are going to die if you don't take care of yourself". I heeded what they were telling me.' And even though the 21-year-old's been spotted clubbing in LA this weekend, she insists she's on the road to recovery - with the extra support from mum Dina. 'Mom has given me some very sound advice over the years,' she tells Sunday magazine. 'She's amazing. Now I just say "no" more than I say "yes".'
