Image
Eric Balfour Chia seeds used to be something you stuck to a clay figurine to grow a pet. Today, they are part of a new fruit drink called Mamma Chia that can help you improve your energy and stamina all day. Chia seeds are an ancient super seed that contain 500 times more calcium than milk, as much omega-3 as wild salmon, antioxidants, fiber, complete protein, and they can aid in weight loss. Mamma Chia is much healthier for you than a caffeinated soda, energy drink or cup of coffee and you won’t experience an energy crash either making it a favorite of celebrities like model Andi McDowell and actor Eric Balfour from 24. His clothes didn't burn, which I thought was pretty cool."Then I got a call the next day saying, 'Did you like the doll?' I said, 'Yeah, it was great.' And they said, 'Well OK, go...
