Uma Thurman has split from her lover Andre Balazs.The break-up comes just days after rumors surfaced the couple, who have been dating on and off for three years, were planning to marry this summer.Uma's representative, Robert Garlock, declined to comment yesterday. Uma, 36, and Andre, 50, were said to be planning to marry on a secluded West Indies island, with friends insisting "they can't keep it a secret much longer". Uma's ex-husband, actor Ethan Hawke, was even said to have given his blessing and planned to attend the intimate Caribbean ceremony. Ethan said: "They are a good match.
