Image
Former Governor Mario Coumo and wife Matilda The stars showed up for Celeste Holm I just returned back from Celeste Holm's 90th birthday party at top restaurant Tony DiNapoli's on West 43 street, right down the block from Times Square Gossip offices. This party was star studded with the who's who of Hollywood history. Angela Lansbury, Bruce Vilanch, former NY Governor Mario Coumo and wife Matilda. Talk show icon Joe Franklin dropped by to wish his best. CBS legend Walter Cronkite was there along with my friend for many years Honeymooner Joyce Randolph who played Trixie. Joyce and I had lunch together and caught up on some hot gossip on many people we know. Celeste looked wonderful, like Cinderella. Thanks to top New York photographer Mark Rupp for helping us get the shots we wanted. Celeste Holm and Newsman Walter Cronkite

PARTIES----LEROY NEIMAN RECIEVES AWARD FROM ARTS HORIZONS

Image
Celeste Holm Leroy Neiman received the Arts Horizons 2006 Paul Newman award for services to the arts and children last night at Hammer Galleries on West 57th street. Many celebrities were there including Tony Roberts, Pia Lindstrom, Kitty Carlyle Hart and the ever so beautiful Celeste Holm. LeRoy known for his brilliantly colored images of sports and leisure is one of the most popular artists in 20th century America. It was such a pleasure to see old friends and celebrities from the old school who have such class. And to look at LeRoy's artwork is breath taking the way he uses colors to paint the likes of Frank Sinatra and many other stars. Photo By: Walter McBride/Retna
