Archbishop Elpidophoros With Michael Pitsinos

MANHATTAN, NY: Michael Pitsinos, founder of NAIA Hamptons at the chic Capri Southampton, was spotted at the official relaunch of the construction on St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church and National Shrine. The only church that was destroyed during the terrorist attacks on September 11, 2001, the launch event was attended by his eminence, Greek Orthodox Archbishop Elpidophoros of America, Governor Andrew Cuomo, and the leadership of Friends of St. Nicholas, including Chairman Dennis Mehiel, Vice Chairman Michael Psaros, and Board Member John Catsimatidis.

Pitsinos, a Greek-American and supporter of St. Nicholas, was among the many who helped the friends of St. Nicholas to raise over $45 million in funds for the second phase of construction of the church, expected to open September 11, 2021.
