Philanthropist and author, Jean Shafiroff and NY State Assemblywoman Rebecca Seawright took a trip to The Pines on Fire Island in support of the LBGTQ community.

 The trip included stops to two charity events ,one for the Human Rights Commission and the other Callen- Lorde. Both charities work on the rights the LBGTQ community. At the Callen-Lorde event , Jean Shafiroff was asked to speak to the crowd on human rights - and specifically the rights of the LBGTQ community.
