Union Cantina, which opens just in time for Father’s Day, will feature a modern Mexican menu designed by Chef Kampf. Signature dishes include the Castilla de Res Mole - a beef short rib with sweet local corn bread pudding, charred heirloom carrots and mole sauce; and the Deconstructed Enchiladas which come in five variations. A signature cocktail program will also be offered, featuring an extensive tequila menu, in addition to sangrias, punches and frozen drinks. The décor, which is best described as “Hamptons chic meets Rustic Cantina”, will feature a mixture of dark woods, Spanish glass and vibrant Mexican artwork.
